The Forest Roads 73 and 273 Culvert Replacements Contract work shall include, but is not limited to, excavation, removal of existing culvert, layout and construction of the plate arch, stream simulation, roadway reconstruction, and approach work. Forest Road 73 Culvert Replacement is the Base Proposal and FR 273 Culvert Replacement is an Optional Proposal Item. The magnitude of construction is between $300,000 and $600,000. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 237310 with a Small Business Size Standard of $45 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE Roads may be closed at the project location(s) during construction. The Contractor shall provide traffic barriers and signage on each side of the project limits as approved by the COR. All cost associated with traffic control shall be incidental to all other items.
