The Ottawa National Forest , Ontonagon and Kenton Ranger Districts have a need of HVAC inspection and maintenance services. Work will include: Provide preventive / preventative maintenance to keep the HVAC systems properly operating; running reliably and efficiently. Check, inspect, test, measure, evaluate, document, report, adjust, clean, tighten, calibrate, lubricate (but not limited to) the following components: Belt Drives & Belts, Air Filters, Water Strainers, Air Grills and Dampers, Refrigerants, Thermostats, Temperature Controls, Control Motors, Automatic Controls, Electric Starters, Electric Motors, Drives, Condensing Units for Air Conditioning (AC), Combustion Units & Controls for Boilers, Water Circulator / Circulation Pumps, Supply & Exhaust Fans, Direct Expansion Valves and Steam Traps See Attachment B for complete Statement of Work See Attachment D for various types of HVAC equipment used at these locations. Please complete and return the Signed SF 1449, Completed Schedule of Items ( Attachment A) and Section F ( Reps and Certs) to Virginia.
