The amendment addresses the below questions: Q2) The specifications state, Offloading will be done by hand. Is this literal or will mechanical assistance be used? Is delivery via semi-trailer acceptable? A2) A skid steer with pallet forks is available for offloading. Delivery via semi-truck is acceptable as long as the height doesn't exceed skid steer capabilities. See attached SF30 for Amd 0001. The amendment provides clarification for the below question: Q1) In regards to item #'s 6,7, & 8, are these 18" diameter round & then arched(21" Span X 15" Rise) or would these be 21" diameter round(24" Span X 18" Rise)? A1) Items 6-8 are for 18 inch round diameter and then arched (21inch Span by 15inch rise.) The proposed contract is for culverts as specified in Attachment A Schedule of Items. Delivery is required to Chippewa National Forest, 200 Ash Avenue NW, Cass Lake, MN 56633.
