The contractor shall provide any and all labor, equipment, supplies, services, permits, and licenses necessary to perform stand improvement, site preparation by felling, restoration, and herbicide treatments on the Ava/Cassville/Willow Springs, Doniphan/Eleven Point, Houston/Rolla/Cedar Creek, Poplar Bluff, and Potosi/Fredericktown, and Salem Ranger Districts of the Mark Twain National Forest. The contractor must be registered with the Department of Labor under the Migrant and Seasonal Workers Protection Act. The Contractor shall follow all State and Federal regulations, including OSHA guidelines.
