The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, tools, equipment, permits, transportation and insurance requiredby this contract. These janitorial services will be performed outside of business hours. See attachment POW. Request for quote (RFQ) will be 100% set-aside for Small Business and will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, 13 and 19.
