It is the intent of this contract to procure bridge replacement work for the Ottawa National Forest. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies, and incidentals to perform all work necessary. The solicitation and related documents will ONLY be available for download at the System for Award management (https://SAM.gov) on or about August 19, 2025. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed out. Interested vendors should register to receive notifications through sam.gov. The resulting contract magnitude is anticipated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. NAICS: 237990 Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, the size standard is $45.0 Million. This project is being solicited as a 100% set aside for Small Business. All work is to comply with local, Federal and State codes and is subject to applicable wage rates.
