The contractor will provide all labor, necessary equipment and supplies required to complete the janitorial services at the Cadillac-Manistee Ranger District Office located at 1170 Nursery Road, Wellston, MI 49689 along with all consumables (see CONTRACTOR FURNISHED SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT). There are four additional buildings near this property that will require annual service. The period of performance will start on August 15, 2024. Daily, weekly, semiannual and annual tasks are outlined in the attached Performance Work Statement. Inspection of the building(s) prior to submitting quotation is recommended.
