The District office consists of two floors, a main floor and a basement level. Both levels combined total 5,353 sq ft. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, permits, transportation, and insurance required by this contract. The contractor shall at all times provide adequate supervision of employees ensuring all work is accomplished in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. Careless performance of work will not be accepted.
