The objective of this project is to improve habitat by managing infestations of non-native invasive plant species (NNIS) using chemical controls. Treatment areas are located on the Hoosier National Forest - Brownstown Ranger District. Contractor and/or whoever will supervise the herbicide treatment must possess a current State of Indiana Commercial Applicator License on the site during any herbicide treatments. Procurement will be 100% set-aside for Small Business and will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, 13, and 19.
