The intent of this contract is to provide for the complete performance of road maintenance services on the Shawnee National Forest East Side (Hidden Springs Ranger District) and the Shawnee National Forest West Side (Mississippi Blufs Ranger District) in accordance with all terms, conditions, specifications,drawings, exhibits, schedules, maps, provisions and other requirements of the contract. Unless otherwise provided, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, facilities, equipment, tools, supplies, supervision, transportation and incidentals required to perform the work. Measurement and payment for contract work will only be made for and under those pay items included in the Schedule of Items. All other work and materials will be considered as subsidiary or incidental to and included in the payment for pay items shown. The proposed IDIQ Contract is for a five (5) year contract. Except where noted, the quantities shown in the schedule are estimates and they apply to all five (5) years. Payment will be based on the Actual Quantity (AQ) the contractor completes and the government accepts. Bidders can bid on both Shawnee National Forest East Side (Hidden Springs Ranger District) and the Shawnee National Forest West Side (Mississippi Blufs Ranger District) or bid one location individually.
