The project consists of installi... The Harding Ridge Recreation Area is a 205-site campground that has 11 Lift Stations and a small treatment plant. This contract is to upgrade individual lift stations. The project consists of installing new duplex lift station rail and check valve systems at the Hard Ridge wastewater collection system. All work performed inside the lift station is a permit required confined space. All personnel entering the tank shall be currently confined space certified and will follow all OSHA 29 CFR 1910 Regulations. Procurement will be 100% set-aside for Small Business and will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, 13, and 19.
