Attachment I added with the following information; Approximate Square footage: Total square footage of areas to be cleaned: 12,760 SQFT Square footage requiring yearly strip/wax: 900 SQFT Square footage requiring monthly buffing: 900 SQFT Square footage of carpeted areas: 7,370 SQFT The US Forest Service, CSA#6 Team, announces a Total Small Business Set-Aside request for quote opportunity for Janitorial services for the Hiawatha National Forest, Saint Ignace Office and warehouse located in Michigan. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 561720 with a size standard of $22 million. A single firm fixed price contract with four option years will be awarded from this solicitation. Contractors are required to be actively registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov in order to be considered for award. The contractor shall provide all management and project administration services, quality control, logistical support, vehicles, labor, equipment and materials to complete the work described in this solicitation.
