The work consists of crushing and stockpiling aggregate surfacing material on the Hiawatha National Forest in the CAD SOO Pit, T47N, R4W, Section 36, Bay Mills Township, Chippewa County. The intent of the Forest Service is to have the Contractor produce approximately equal quantities of aggregate meeting MDOT 23A, and a crushed aggregate with a maximum size of 2-1/2”. The quantity, unit price, and awarding of this contract will be based on the amount of material the contractor proposes to produce for $100,000. Work will include providing and furnishing all supplies, supervision, labor, equipment, transportation, plant, incidentals and materials necessary to furnish the completed product unless specifically listed in these specifications. Procurement will be 100% set-aside for Small Business and will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, 13, and 19.
