This recreational segment of the Indian River accounts for approximately 30.2 miles. Contractor shall provide a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) quote and be able to meet the Statement of Objectives (SOO) to include Period of Performance (PoP) of Base-Plus-Four in order to be technically acceptable for Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation.
