A write up confirming the following subfactors must also be included: Location- Contractor needs to be located close (preferably within 1 hour) to the air sample site in order perform the weekly sampling and to fix any issues with the equipment. If UC Davis contacts the contractor about an issues they will be required to fix with problem within 48 hoursor up to 7 days depending on the issue. Transportation- Contractor will need to provide their own transportation to and from the air monitoring site. This will need to happen at least once a week to provide UC Davis the sample testing that is required. Communication- It is not a requirement, but it would be a great benefit if the contractor has access to a cell phone to call UC Davis with any issues while at the air monitoring site.
