All quotes received in response to the solicitation were significantly higher than the government estimate and exceeded appropriations available to complete the project. It is in the Government's best interest to cancel the solicitation. Amendment 0002 includes a Questions and Answers document and extends the quote due date to 11 July 2022, 1pm CT. Amendment 0001 extends the quote due date to 30 June 2022, 1pm CT. This solicitation, 12444522Q0032, is being issued as a Request for Quote(RFQ) for Title and Escrow Services for the USFS, located in Michigan. The Government anticipates one firm fixed price award as a result of this solicitation. Award will be made to the responsible quoter whose quote responds to the terms of this RFQ and is the best value to the government. Interested parties must be registered in Sam.gov to receive an award. The contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, staff, labor, supervision, materials, equipment and supplies to complete this project. This procurement is set aside for 100% total small business. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541191. The Small Business Administration size standard is $17.0 million.
