THIS IS A RE-ISSUE OF THE SOLICITATION. USDA, Forest Service, has a requirement for a contractor to provide labor, services, material and equipment necessary to provide surface blading and culvert replacement on the Mark Twain National Forest, various counties, Missouri. Work includes, but is not limited to, furnishing and placement of aggregate, blading, culvert replacement.. The contractor may provide services Forest wide. Project locations are throughout the forest on any of the Ranger Districts; on various forest roads and at various locations. Maintenance may be performed on any road under Forest Service jurisdiction. The Government anticipates multiple awards. The anticipated contract period of performance will be Base Period plus four Option periods. Basis for award: A contract will be awarded to the offeror/offerors that is most advantageous to the Government IAW with the evaluation factors. All work is to comply with local, Federal and State codes and is subject to Construction wage rates and Service Contract Act. The requirement is being solicited as a Small Business set-aside.
