Amendment 0004 Question & Answer document posted 1/31/2024. It is the purpose of this contract to secure services for planting Government-furnished tree seedlings, shrubs, and saplings, installing Government-furnished tree shelters over planted seedlings, constructing woven wire planting cribs, constructing woven wire individual tree fences with government furnished materials. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government-furnished) and incidentals, to perform all work necessary to plant seedlings, shrubs, and sapling, and install the specified type of shelter (plastic, mesh, or woven wire enclosure). No pre-quote meeting will be held. Contractors are responsible for viewing the project sites before quoting on this project.\ All questions should be sent to Ashley Stoltzfus at Ashley.Stoltzfus@usda.gov on or before 4pm on 1/29/2024. A Q&A document will be posted on SAM on 1/30/2024.
