Work will fall into one or more of the following categories: ACTIVITY I –Incident Response ACTIVITY II – Time Critical Clean-up & Removal ACTIVITY III – Non-Emergency Clean-up & Removal ACTIVITY IV – Hazardous Materials Surveys, Assessment/Testing/Abatement ACTIVITY V – Reports, Guidance & General Environmental Consulting Services ACTIVITY VI – Tank Related Services ACTIVITY VII – CERCLA Site Work ACTIVITY VIII – Utility mapping and removal. The Government will not provide any reimbursement for responses submitted in response to this Sources Sought notice. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation. The purpose of this announcement is to perform Market Research to gain knowledge of potential qualified contractors and their size classification relative to the below mentioned NAICS code. As part of our market research, we are looking for companies interested in providing these services. Please refer to the attached scope of work for a description of the services. Please provide the following information by email to Keith Reichard at keith.reichard@usda.gov by 08/05/2024 by 5:00 PM EST. Return completed Attachment 1 completing the highlighted portions on the first page listing which activities you are interested in per the scope of work, your business name, SAM UEI, point of contact with email, and if you are a small business or not under NAICS code 562910 Environmental Remediation Services and the Small Business Size Standard is 1,000 employees. Next step will be a solicitation posting here on SAM, anticipated sometime in August or September. Our intention is to set up multiple blanket purchase agreements (BPA’s) for the overall length of service to be up to five years. Information received from this Sources Sought shall be utilized to facilitate the Contracting Officers review of the market base, for acquisition planning, size determination, and procurement strategy.
