AMENDMENT 0001: QUESTION & ANSWER DOCUMENT - POSTED 03/06/24 The intent of this solicitation and any resulting contract is to apply herbicides on understory vegetation in designated areas on the Allegheny National Forest using contractor supplied spray equipment. The areas to be sprayed are located on the Allegheny National Forest. The Allegheny National Forest is located in a 4-county area of northwestern Pennsylvania. (Warren, McKean, Forest and Elk Counties). A pre-quote meeting will not be held for this project. All technical questions shall be emailed to Carol Northrop, Contract Specialist. at carol.northrop@usda.gov. All questions must be received by 4 p.m. on March 04, 2024. A Question & Answer document will be posted to SAM.gov by March 6, 2024, if applicable.
