The contractor(s) shall provide all expertise, labor, supervision, services, equipment, tools, supplies, permits (when and if required), coordination with utilities, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform trail normal and heavy tread maintenance, directly related to trail activities on the Allegheny National Forest in Pennsylvania.
