The co... It is the intent of this contract to procure stocking survey data on an as needed basis. Work shall consist of locating, establishing, measuring, and recording data for understory sample plots. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, tools, materials, and incidentals thereto, except as otherwise noted in the Appendices. The work performed and the data collected shall be in compliance with the terms, specifications, conditions and provisions of this solicitation and the Field Guide Procedures for Stocking Survey Data, Version 1/2021. All professional services shall be performed within the general area of the Allegheny National Forest. Work will be performed at the project site; the Contractor’s Office and some work may be performed at a Forest Service Office.
