It is the purpose of this contract to secure services for planting Governmentfurnished tree seedlings, shrubs, and saplings, installing Government-furnished tree shelters over planted seedlings, constructing woven wire planting cribs, constructing woven wire individual tree fences with government furnished materials. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government-furnished) and incidentals, to perform all work necessary to plant seedlings, shrubs, and sapling, and install the specified type of shelter (plastic, mesh or woven wire enclosure).
