The question and answer period closed on 7/12/2024. (3) Amend the Statement of Work on page 12 to add to the government furnished items section (highlighted in yellow). No other changes were made for this amendment and all other terms and conditions remain the same. This Request for Quote (RFQ) for Janitorial services for the Angelina and Sabine District Offices located in Angelina and Sabine counties in Texas. These services are subject to the Service Contract Labor standards and this RFQ has the following attachments: (01) WD-LA, (02) SOW-PWS (Amended), (03) Schedule of Items, (04) Exhibit A, (05) Exhibit B and (06) Janitorial Questions and Answers, which combined with this Solicitation and its amendment provides the wage determination rates, details, specifications and locations of this requirement.
