The contractor shall maintain each facility to ensure a healthy, clean, and professional working environment. Quality assurance will be based on the performance outcome, not on frequency or method. Work is to be performed on Tuesday and Friday, excluding holidays, between the hours of 07:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
