Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to notify interested vendors of alternative size dumpsters to meet the needs. Two 15 yd dumpsters will be accepted to equal one 30 yd dumpster at each location. Proposal due date remains March 4, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. CST. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The Ouachita National Forest and Ozark-St.Francis National Forest has a requirement for Dumpster Rentals during the 2024 Solar Eclipse event on April 8th, 2024. The contractor will provide all labor, equipment, supplies, services, permits and licensing necessary. Multiple awards may be made depending on the best value for the Government. Bidding on any and all line items or Forest is at the discretion of the interested contractor. This solicitation includes the following attachments; 1) Attachment 1 - Performance Relevancy Questionnaire 2) Attachment 2 - GPS Coordinances of dropoff locations The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01. This procurement is set aside Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 562111 – Solid Waste Collection and the Small Business Size Standard is $47.0 Mil. This project is 100% Small Business set aside. Contractors must be active in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov at the time of Proposals are due to be considered responsive and eligible for this award.
