Individual tasks to be performed will be competed and awarded by BPA Call against the BPA awardees. The contractor will provide all labor, equipment, supplies, services, permits and licensing necessary. For mastication application, the tree bole will be mulched to within six inches of mineral soil and chips must be naturally spread across the site.
