Areas include the following recreation sites located on the Ouachita National Forest within the States of Arkansas and Oklahoma with the possible five-year period of performance: Poteau/Cold Springs Ranger District: Jack Creek Caddo/Womble Ranger District: Albert Pike, Little Missouri Falls, Winding Stairs Trailhead, and Charlton Park Mena/Oden Ranger District: Shady Lake, Wolf Pen Gap, and Rich Mtn. Tower Oklahoma Ranger District: Cedar Lake Base – April 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024 Option 1 - April 1, 2024 through March 31, 2025 Option 2 - April 1, 2025 through March 31, 2026 Option 3 - April 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027 Option 4 - April 1, 2027 through March 31, 2028 List of personnel who will be doing the hands-on work will be required in the proposal as these are rural areas and finding employees after award has demonstrated unsuccessful results.
