The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, expertise, and other incidentals necessary, to successfully complete grounds maintenance and mowing at Angelina and Sabine National Forest Administrative Sites. The Angelina NF District Office Administrative Site consists of an office building and Work Center. The office is a fully functional office and open for business between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm Monday through Friday, except for federal holidays. The Angelina District Work Center (WC) is a fenced/locked gated facility. The fenced WC complex consists of an office building and several supply/storage buildings, a paved circular access road and parking areas. The Angelina Office/Work Center is approximately four acres and includes paved access roads, paved employee and customer parking, and fenced/gated USFS fleet parking facilities. Most of the utility lines are underground. The Sabine NF District Office Administrative Site consists of an office building and fenced in Fleet Parking Area. The office is a fully functional office and open for business between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm Monday through Friday, except for federal holidays. The Sabine Fleet Parking area is a fenced/locked gated area, which consist of a paved parking area, radio tower and multiple sewer components. The Sabine NF District Office Administrative Site is approximately six acres and includes paved access roads, paved employee and customer parking, and fenced/gated USFS fleet parking facility. Most of the utility lines are underground.
