This solicitation is for a call when needed Grounds Maintenance located at various recreation sites on the Caddo and Lyndon B. Johnson National Grasslands: Black Creek Lake, TADRA Point, Valley View Group Site, Clear Lake, East Lake Crockett, West Lake Crockett, Caddo Work Center, Coffee Mill, Bois D'Arc Campground, and the Bois D'Arc Day Use. The award will result in a firm-fixed price, performance-based, requirements contract for a base period through March 14, 2022 plus four, one-year option periods. There is a possibility that two contracts that will be awarded, one for the Caddo sites and one for the Lyndon B. Johnson sites. This is not a new requirement, previous contract # is 127DF519P0023, B&P Enterprises of Avoyelles Parish. No other information will be provided. Offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
