This solicitation is for Janitorial Service in an USDA Forest Service office building and work center located at the Womble Ranger District, 1523 Hwy 270 East, Mount Ida AR 71957. Regular cleaning activities will be performed each Wednesday and once on the weekend. All work will be performed after work hours. The award will result in a firm-fixed price, performance-based, requirements contract for a base period through December 31,2021 plus two, one-year option periods. This is not a new requirement, past contract # is AG-7A86-C-17-0009. No other information will be provided. Offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
