This solicitation is for Janitorial Service in an office building for the USDA Forest Service located at the Hochatown Office. 111 South State Hwy 259A, Broken Bow OK 74728. 11,000 estimated sq. ft. of cleaning space. The District Ranger Facility has two (4) restrooms, cubicle units in the general office space, copy room with one cubicle, a kitchen, and one unit in the visitor center area of the building. All floor covering is mostly carpet in the general office space, carpet in the kitchen, tile in the restroom areas and electronics room. Cleaning activities will be performed twice weekly, outside of regular business hours of Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. The award will result in a firm-fixed price, performance-based, requirements contract for a base period through December 31, 2021 plus two, one-year option periods. This is not a new requirement, past contract # is 127A8620C0004. No other information will be provided. Offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
