This solicitation is for Janitorial Service in an USDA Forest Service office building located at the Hochatown Warehouse Facility, 111 South State Hwy 259A, Broken Bow OK 74728. There is an estimate total of 800 sq. ft. that includes two (1) restrooms, cubicle units in the general office space, and a small kitchen area. All floor covering is mostly tile or concrete with rugs in the general office space. Cleaning activities will be performed once weekly, outside of regular business hours of Monday –Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.. This is not a new requirement, past contract # is 127A8620P0030. No other information will be provided. An organized site visit is not scheduled, however, you are encouraged to visit the site before making an offer.
