The project covers replacement and replenishment of corrugated metal culvert pipes and associated hardware for road maintenance across the Tonto National Forest. The contractor must manufacture, supply, and deliver CMP and coupling bands meeting FP-24 specifications, plus FP-14 where applicable, including required dimensions, coatings, joints, and markings. Materials will be stocked for rapid deployment to maintain drainage infrastructure, especially after fire and flood events. Delivery is to the Payson Administrative Site Road Crew Workstation, 1009 E. Hwy 260, Payson, AZ 85541, and the supplier must offload with a truck-mounted or “piggyback” forklift and coordinate delivery date/time with the designated contact for gate access. A Made in America certificate or statement satisfying the requirement must be supplied with offers.
