The intent of this solicitation and resultant contract is to support the Forest Service Drinking Water Program by awarding a single firm fixed contract for Potable Water Testing and Wastewater Inspection Services. This will be a base plus four option year contract. This requirement includes collection of samples, laboratory testing of potable water, and inspection services for wastewater systems as described in the attached statement of work. Testing and inspections must be compliant with North Carolina state and federal regulations. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
