The Sumter National Forest, Long Cane Ranger District has a requirement to replace their 2017 Kawasaki Mule Pro FXT with a 1000cc class UTV with winch for fire program area management in varied terrain (see attached specifications). The Polaris Ranger XP 1000, Kawasaki Mule Pro FX HD 1000, and Can AM Defender XL HD90 are examples that may fill this requirement. Offeror must accept trade-in. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the lowest price technically acceptable.
