USDA National Forest in Florida has a requirement for the janitorial service for seven different locations on the Ocala and Apalachicola Ranger Districts. This solicitation will be awarded, as 2 separate Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA), one for each district. Each BPA will have a base and 4 option periods. Please see attached Schedule of Items, Statement of Work, and Wage Determinations. You may submit proposals for one or both districts. All items on SOI (Schedule of Items), for the district(s) you are submitting a proposal for, must be priced to be considered for award. FL Apalachicola Site Visit Jan 25th 10:00 ET Apalachicola Ranger District Admin Office 11152 State Rd 20 NW Bristol FL These pre-proposal site visits are not mandatory however not attending will not be excuse enough for contractual considerations, to include a pricing adjustment, if awarded the BPA. Contact COR for more information. 100% Small business Set-aside Vendor must have an active sam.gov account on date proposals are due. This is a new requirement, in the past this work has been accomplished by Forest Service Employees or volunteers. No previous contracting information is available. AMENDMENT 1: Attached SF 30 and Amended SF 1449 Continued: Amended Continuation of SF1449 Add: The Contractor who is awarded this BPA must provide a project manager who will be available at the job site within 2 hrs as needed. Add: Per 52.219-14, Limitations on Subcontracting (Oct 2022), subcontracting is limited to 50% of the contract. Remove: Contractors interested in this project must have a business office within a 100-mile radius of the work site. Wash the outside and inside panes of windows. High windows will be cleaned only up to 80 inches high from the walkway from which they are accessible. This amendment also includes Questions and Answer sheet, and sign in sheets for both pre-bid site visits.
