COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. SYNOPSIS: The Department of Agriculture, U.S. Forest Service, Procurement & Property Services - East Zone has a requirement for Janitorial Services on the Francis Marion Ranger District located at 2967 Steed Creek Road, Huger, SC. A base plus 4 option year contract is being contemplated with an estimated start date of January 3, 2022. SOLICITATION: See attached solicitation 12444122R0002 and attachments. Offeror must be registered on the SAM.gov database at time of proposal submittal. Attachments included with this solicitation include: Attachment 1 – Statement of Work; Attachment 2 – Building Floor Plan; Attachment 3 – GSA Cleaning & Disinfection Procedures; Attachment 4 – DOL Wage Rates; and Attachment 5 – Relevant Experience Questionnaire.
