The document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect thru Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2022-06 effective May 26,2022 Project Description: Biochar: • The biochar is made from a forest products source such as pine wood. • Supply 83.2 tons of biochar • The biochar should be supplied in bulk bags such as 1600 lb bags/2 cubic yard bags to aid in storage, mobility, and delivery. • Biochar should be delivered on pallets and delivered on a flatbed trailer to aid in unloading bags at site.
