COVID-19 protocol per the CDC is mandatory and must be followed. The project is located on the Savannah River Site, a Department of Energy secure site near New Ellenton, SC 29809 in Aiken, Barnwell, and Allendale Counties. The period of performance will be from the date of award, estimate award date of 28 July 2021, through 30 September 2022; each application has mandatory performance periods. This requirement is a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside. The Government intends to award one Firm Fixed Priced stand-alone contract. A pre-proposal site visit will NOT be held. The Savannah River Site is a secured site. Ensure you read the entry requirements. Not being able to meet these requirements will default your company if awarded this contract. If you wish to visit the site prior to submitting a proposal, you must contact the Contracting Officer, Kelly Updegraff, at kelly.b.updegraff@usda.gov prior to arriving to the site. The incumbent to this project is the Aiken County Farm Supply, Inc of Aiken, SC. Their award was longer than three years ago and is no longer relevant.
