The project is located in the National Forests in Florida, Osceola Ranger District, 24874 US Highway 90, Sanderson, FL 32087 in Baker County. The period of performance will be a base plus four option years beginning on or about 1 May 2021. This requirement is a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside. The Government intends to award one Firm Fixed Priced Blanket Purchase Agreement. The solicitation will be posted on beta.sam.gov on or about 8 April 2021. A pre-proposal site visit will be held per the solicitation. The incumbent to this project is Superior Janitorial Group of Savannah, GA. Their award was 12428319F0007 with a period of performance from 10/01/2018 – 09/30/2019 for $9,538.00. The solicitation has been posted. Amendment 1 has been posted.
