This Amendment 01 is to post the Question & Answer (Q&A) see attached SF 30 Amendment 01 and Q&A. The solicitation due date is not changed. This is a combined synopsis and solicitation to solicit and award a firm fixed price (FFP) stand-alone contract for commercial services that utilize FAR Subpart 12.6 streamlined commercial item procedures in conjunction with FAR Subpart 13 simplified acquisition procedures for Ocala National Forest Mechanical Sand Pine Scrub Seeding (2,801acres). The Contractor shall furnish equipment, materials, tools, labor, transportation, and supervision to mechanically seed 2,801 acres of National Forest land in accordance with specifications and provisions of this contract. Basis for award is Relative Experience/Past Performance and Price Reasonableness. To be awarded this contract, Contractors MUST be active in SAM at the time solicitations are due as prescribed in FAR 52.204-7. This solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code associated with this procurement is 115310 Support Activities for Forestry $8.00Mil and the Primary Service Code (PSC) is F019 NATURAL RESOURCES/CONSERVATION-OTHER WILDLIFE. The anticipated period of performance is from date of award and 59 days thereafter.
