USDA-Forest Service_Fixed Wing Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) with sensor package (Forage and Range Research of the USDA Agricultural Research Service)
The U.S. Forest Service will award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for commercial services, with payment made only through the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP). Vendors must have an active SAM.gov account and provide their Unique Entity Identifier in their responses; offers must follow FAR 52.212-1 and include a signed SF 1449 and completed Schedule of Items to be considered responsive. Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis using price as the evaluation criterion. The targeted delivery date is November 23, 2026.
