This is a firm-fixed-price contract with the U.S. Forest Service. The contractor must have an active SAM.gov account with a UEI; payment is made only through the Invoice Processing Platform. Quotes must comply with FAR 52.212-1, and award (best value) will consider price and the Performance Relevancy Questionnaire under FAR 52.212-2. A responsive offer must include the signed SF 1449, Attachment 3 Schedule of Items, and Attachment 5 Exhibit A, submitted to stacey.phillips@usda.gov.
