The U.S. Forest Service intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for commercial services under a combined synopsis/solicitation issued as an RFQ. Vendors must have an active SAM account at award and provide their UEI in responses; payment will be made only through IPP. Offers will be evaluated on price using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable criteria. A complete offer must include a signed SF 1449, completed Schedule of Items, and Performance Relevancy Questionnaire, submitted by email to stacey.phillips@usda.gov. The targeted period of performance is 09/28/2026 through 11/30/2026.
