The contract requires delivery of items to three specified locations: Davy Crockett National Forest in Kennard, TX; Sabine National Forest in Hemphill, TX; and Sam Houston Ranger District in New Waverly, TX. All parts must be new, approved parts with clear traceability to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or authorized distributor, supported by a documented paper trail. Offerors must provide a Certificate of Conformance (COC) per FAR clause 52.246-15, along with manufacturer traceability and their own COC. Prospective vendors who are not the OEM or authorized distributor must demonstrate traceability back to the manufacturer or authorized distributor. Alternate parts are allowed if they satisfy all form, fit, and function requirements and conform to the approved configuration.
