The contract requires the supply of new, OEM-traceable parts for three U.S. Forest Service locations in Texas: Davy Crockett National Forest (Kennard), Sabine National Forest (Hemphill), and Sam Houston Ranger District (New Waverly). All items must have a clear, documented audit trail back to the original equipment manufacturer or an authorized distributor, and offerors must provide a Certificate of Conformance (COC) per FAR clause 52.246-15. Vendors who are not the OEM or authorized distributor must submit traceability documentation to the manufacturer. Approved alternate parts are acceptable if they meet all form, fit, and function requirements and conform to the approved configuration. All parts must be new approved parts.
