USDA-Forest Service - Alexandria Forestry Center (AFC) Grounds Maintenance on the Kisatchie National Forest
This is a Firm-Fixed-Price commercial services contract with the US Forest Service, awarded on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Performance will take place at the Kisatchie National Forest Alexandria Forestry Center in Pineville, LA. The target period of performance is a base year from October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027, plus four optional one-year extensions through September 30, 2031. Contractors must have an active SAM.gov account with a UEI, submit quotes per FAR 52.212-1, and provide the required forms (SF1449, Schedule of Items, and Performance Relevancy Questionnaire). Payment will be made via the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP).
