USDA-Forest Service- Janitorial Services_Sam Houston Ranger District on the Sam Houston National Forest- TX
This is a Firm-Fixed-Price contract with the United States Forest Service for commercial services, awarded based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria. The period of performance is from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027. Services will be performed at two locations in New Waverly, Texas: the Sam Houston Ranger District Office and the Sam Houston Fire Shop. Vendors must have an active SAM.gov account and submit a complete package including the SF1449, Schedule of Items, and Performance Relevancy Questionnaire. Payment will be made exclusively through the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP).
