This is a sole source requirement for membership in the 2026 International Union of Forest Research Organizations (IUFRO), as only one organization offers this membership. The acquisition is unrestricted, and all responsible sources may submit a quotation. Only authorized membership providers of IUFRO will be considered for this commercial services contract.
