USDA-Forest Service (Kisatchie National Forest) Janitorial Services for Winn Ranger District Office & Work Center Building located in Winnfield, LA
This is a Firm-Fixed-Price contract with the U.S. Forest Service for commercial services, awarded on a best-value basis considering price and past performance. The period of performance includes a base year from May 14, 2026, to May 13, 2027, with four one-year option periods extending through May 13, 2031. All services are to be performed at two specified locations in Winn Parish, Louisiana: the Winn Ranger District Office and the Winn Work Center. Vendors must have an active SAM.gov registration, submit pricing breakdowns demonstrating how their offer meets the Statement of Work, and will be paid exclusively via the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP).
